HELL vs. FI5E

I had the pleasure of meeting with one of my favorite NYC writers HELL a few weeks ago. He is taking part in my graffiti analysis project and is the first writer I have captured into my application. The project is still very much a work in progress and I won't be posting this to my main site until it is further developed, but I thought I would give anyone checking this blog a sneak peak to what I've been up to. Click here to view an outdoor projection test of HELL's tag as run through my system. Below is a screen capture from the application.

I wanted to say a big thanks to HELL for going out on a limb and meeting with a stranger during a time which I know is very risky for graffiti writers.
I'm really excited to be meeting with some other amazing writers this week, so stay tuned for more.

i always kinda liked that tag. it's all over my neighborhood, at times with attempts to paint over it. do you know who/why/what's up with the one that has "free art" with a down arrow written above it?
